ANZAC Day

Each year, the Alex Community Association hosts an ANZAC Day ceremony at the Korean War Veterans Memorial on the Alex Headland.

Locals gather for a mid-morning service, wreath laying, and quiet reflection, honouring the sacrifices of not just Australian and New Zealand service members, but those from many other forums of conflict, in a beautiful coastal setting.
